The pills came in a nicely packaged dark glass bottle and the pills aren’t huge or hard to swallow and you only have to take one. They have a high count and help with gut health. I have been taking probiotic yoghurt but it has a lot of sugar so I have been searching for alternatives and this came at a great time! Helps improve your gut health! I would always recommend to eat healthy food but at the same time , having supplements that can add to your healthy regimen is essential as well!
